Miami Condo Foreclosure 90 Day Rule for Tenants

Miami condo and home foreclosures must allow ninety day notice to tenants prior to eviction, according to the Helping Families Save Their Homes Act of 2009.  The details may be discussed in a later post, but tenants need to speak with a real estate attorney to be sure that they were given proper notices, and what their rights are, which may include the right to stay through the end of their lease per the lease terms.
